The majority of our work comes from referrals and recommendations, which gives you an indication of the level of customer satisfaction we are achieving. We have also been contracted to carry out a lot of work for Local Authorities and the Corporation of London ranging from general repairs to major works on Grade Two listed buildings, details of which are shown on this website. Roofing/Building works to period properties like this have not only been challenging for me as a roofer but also very rewarding when the job is finished to a high standard and in keeping with all the original period features.

Butlers Retreat Rangers Road Epping, Grade Two listed owned and managed by Corporation of London. This Property sits approximately 150 yards away from Queen Elizabeths Hunting Lodge, a present from Henry VIII to his daughter Elizabeth. This project started out as a retile but like so many properties of this age it was like opening up a 'can of worms'. A number of joists had almost completely rotted away and needed to be placed, along with a third of the ship lapped timber to the Gable Ends. We were also responsible for installing the box sash windows to both ends of the property.

The Temple Wanstead Park Wanstead, Grade Two listed building which stands in Wanstead Park and was a private temple for the owners of Wanstead House. Our job was to re-ridge the left hand wing. As you can see from these pictures the tiles are covered in a black glaze. We had to have the clay ridge tiles shipped out to Belgium for the glazing to be carried out, as radio activity is used to obtain the 'cracked' glazing effect. These were then installed by us and laid on a traditional old English lime and mortar mix.

The White House The Warren Epping Forest Grade Two listed buildings standing in the Corporation of London Headquarters in Epping Forest. We have been responsible for numerous repairs to this building, the biggest of which was this lead roof and cast iron gutter/downpipe replacement over the porch area.
